AMPD Power Flow

AMPD Power Flow takes exercises inspired by Yoga, and uses resistance with either bands or kettlebells.

Kettlebell AMPD

Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio.

AMPD Resistance

AMPD Resistance is the latest group fitness from the creators of  Kettlebell AMPD®. 

AMPD Resistance takes great music and combines it with simple resistance band movements to create a fun, effective, total body workout that is safe for all fitness levels.

AMPD Fusion

Kettlebell AMPD and AMPD Resistance combined into one workout using light kettlebells and resistance bands, choreographed to great music to create a fun, effective, total body workout.


Insanity is a total body workout that requires no gym or equipment. You exercise right at home, using your own body weight for resistance.


Functional, simple movements anyone can do, paired with great music to get your heart pumping.
